Port Melbourne Town Hall — Fire Main Relocation

The Project: Existing fire mains sat directly in the path of a new access ramp, blocking the screw pile locations. We removed the existing mains and designed a new route clear of the screw piles, coordinating with all parties — including Fire Rescue Victoria — to keep the site and the library operating.

The outcome: New fire main installed clear of the works, with minimal disruption to the project or to library users.
